Any safety training is within the scope of this consultancy. We are not a registered training provider at present, will and do work in partnership with licenced providers. We provide training packages which are legally compliant with state and national legislation, including qualifications expected of professional safety service provider.
Training programs offered need to involve multiple learning techniques. Our preference is to keep face-to-face learning 4 hours at a time, and in further sessions include some practical element, kinetic, experiential learning. For example, the learning of sound, can include legally compliant sound dose review. Participants carry out the assessment, with coaching. The ethos is to increase the understanding and ability of participants to carry out the reviews themselves into the future.
Training can be delivered around a specific workplace safety issue or more general. We have multiple training templates, our approach enables us to teach hybrid courses, developed for the organization.
Teaching safety is a passion, which helps to design and deliver safety training participants enjoy. Appling priming and framing techniques including semiology, risk cognitive dissonance, discourse and dialog.
It is advantageous to follow a learning pathway which begins with the motivational presentation.
